The Ace Connect Safety Promise
Ace-first spaces are precious. Everything on The Ace Connect is built so that showing up feels low-risk, low-stakes, and human.
Verified humans only
Every member confirms their identity with a government-issued ID and a live selfie before their first event. Verification is a required step, not a badge.
Private profiles by default
There is no public profile grid on The Ace Connect. Your full profile — legal name, city, interests, photo — is visible only to the AI matchmaker who assembles your event's rounds, and only for that event.
First name + last initial on screen
During dates, other members see only your first name and the first letter of your last name — or an opt-in nickname you actually use in real life. That's it.
Mutual-consent reveals
After each round you decide, privately, whether you'd like to see that person again — as a date, or as a friend. Your contact info is shared only when the other person picks you too, and only for the option you both chose.
Ace-first community guidelines
Aphobia, coercion, misrepresentation, and sexualization of ace identity are not tolerated. Repeat or severe violations lead to permanent removal.
You own the door
You can leave any round at any time with one tap. You can block another member for good. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Contact sharing & liability
The Ace Connect facilitates introductions between mutual matches. When two members both pick each other, we share the contact details you provided (email and phone) so you can take things further on your own terms. From that point on, communication happens off-platform: we do not monitor, moderate, screen, or supervise it, and we are not responsible for the interactions, conduct, statements, or outcomes that follow — including any in-person meeting. Identity verification reduces risk but is not a background check or a guarantee of anyone's intentions. Meet in public, tell a friend where you'll be, and use your own judgment. Full terms are in our Refund & Member Policy.
Report or get help
Every report is reviewed by a human on our safety team. If you're in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
