What does a night actually cost?+
A single event is $19.95. Membership is $39.95 per month, or $359.40 per year — 25% off the monthly rate. Members can RSVP to any night in their state without paying per event.
Who can see my profile?+
No one browses profiles here. Your details are readable only by our AI matchmaker, which uses them to build your rounds. During a date, the other participant sees only your first name or nickname plus your last initial.
Can I use a nickname instead of my real first name?+
Yes. Use the name you actually go by in real life. It appears on screen instead of your legal first name.
How are matches decided?+
You mark each person Dating, Friendship, Networking, or No thanks during the break after your date. A match happens only when both people pick at least one shared reason. One-sided picks are never revealed.
What information gets shared after a match?+
For mutual matches only, we share each person's email address and phone number so you can continue the conversation directly. Nothing is shared for non-matches.
How do you match on age?+
You're paired with people within ten years older or younger than you, alongside the event's community, state and theme.
What if a night doesn't fill up?+
We need at least six confirmed participants for a night to run. If we fall short, we cancel and refund every ticket in full.
Do I need a special app or camera?+
No. Everything runs in your browser on a laptop or phone. We recommend running the camera and mic check first — it also lets you turn on background blur for privacy.
Can I hide my room or home?+
Yes. Choose soft or strong background blur in the tech check or during the event, and it stays on for every round.
What if someone behaves badly on a date?+
Use the report and block control on the date screen. It files a report with our team immediately and, if you choose to block, we'll never pair you with that person again.
Can I cancel my RSVP?+
Yes, from the event page. Refund eligibility depends on how close to the event you cancel — see the refund policy for the exact windows.
Are these events only for asexual singles?+
Our nights are built for the ace and aro communities in all their forms — straight, gay, lesbian, bi and pan ace folks, aromantic people, and those building tribes or polyamorous connections. Some nights are open to everyone in a state, others center a specific community, religion or background.
